• We guarantee an on-time arrival, and most appointments are completed within 30 minutes (but every appointment is given 1 full hour to ensure we address everything). 

• We pride ourselves on communication and customer service. After your appointment you will receive a detailed, written follow-up from your veterinarian, who will share any test results with you and provide you with a copy of the official medical record. This is a great opportunity to address any questions that remain after the visit.
